What we sell
Our online store sells physical models, not digital files. All models are created using files obtained under commercial license from the following creators:

Processing – Work Shop Lab Miniatures
1. Purpose of the Section
This section governs the terms and conditions for the sale of products created using 3D models provided by third parties, as well as any processing of personal data associated with such processes, in accordance with the principles established by EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR").
2. Origin of 3D Models and Intellectual Property Rights
Some items offered by Work Shop Lab Miniatures are created using 3D models, plans, or designs provided by manufacturers, independent designers, or third-party creators.
All rights related to 3D content—including, but not limited to, copyright, design rights, trademarks, licenses, and moral rights—remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
Work Shop Lab Miniatures does not acquire any rights to the 3D models and uses such content exclusively for the purpose of creating the physical product intended for sale, in accordance with the licenses granted by the creators.
3. Role of Work Shop Lab Miniatures
Work Shop Lab Miniatures operates solely as:
a reseller of products derived from 3D models created by third parties;
a provider of a 3D printing service when the customer requests the physical production of a model.
The Seller is not responsible for the design, legality, and compliance of 3D models.
The Seller does not guarantee or certify that the 3D models provided by the creators are free from restrictions or usable without restrictions.
4. Intellectual Property: Complaints and Requests
For questions regarding alleged infringement of:
copyright
trademarks
licensees
design rights
commercial exploitation rights
other forms of intellectual property
users should contact exclusively the original creators or parent companies that hold the rights.
Work Shop Lab Miniatures is not a party to any disputes and cannot intervene in disputes regarding ownership, legality, or licensing of 3D models.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Work Shop Lab Miniatures shall not be held liable for:
direct or indirect damages resulting from the purchaser's improper use of the products;
incomplete or misleading information provided by third-party creators;
disputes relating to ownership of rights or use of digital content;
use of 3D models in violation of the original licenses by the customer.
The mandatory consumer guarantees provided by law remain valid.
6. Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)
6.1 Purpose of Processing
In the event that processing, design, or 3D printing requires the collection of personal data (e.g., name, contact information, billing information, or files sent by the customer), such data will be processed by Work Shop Lab Miniatures exclusively for the following purposes:
order fulfillment and contractual relationship management;
customer support;
Tax, legal, and administrative compliance;
Management of requests relating to the products supplied;
Prevention of unlawful use of 3D content.
6.2 Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with Art. 6 of the GDPR and is based on the following legal bases:
performance of the contract (purchase of products/services);
fulfillment of legal obligations (invoicing, document retention);
legitimate interest of the data controller in preventing misuse of 3D models or managing any disputes (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
6.3 Data Retention
Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in any case no longer than the retention periods required by tax and civil law.
6.4 Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
Work Shop Lab Miniatures does not transfer or disclose personal data to third-party 3D model creators, unless required by law or necessary to protect the data subject's rights or to handle a formal complaint filed by the user.
No data will be transferred to parties located outside the European Union without adequate protection guarantees (Article 44 et seq. GDPR).
6.5 Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, the buyer may exercise his or her rights at any time, including:
access to data,
rectification,
erasure (the "right to be forgotten"),
restriction of processing,
objection,
data portability.
Requests should be sent to the Data Controller (contact details should be included in the main document of the Terms).
7. Acceptance of the Terms
By making a purchase or using the site's services, the user declares having read, understood, and fully accepted this section, which forms an integral part of the Work Shop Lab Miniatures Terms of Sale and Terms of Service.

By accessing the site, placing an order, or using our services, you accept these Terms of Service in full.

1.1 This document governs the use of the website, the sale of physical products, 3D printing services, and any other services offered by Work Shop Lab Miniatures.
1.2 Access to and use of the site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
1.3 If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or any related services.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Work Shop Lab Miniatures offers:
sale of miniatures and physical models;
3D printing services;
2.2 Product descriptions are provided in good faith, but may contain minor differences from the final product.
3. 3D Products Provided by Third Parties and Intellectual Property
3.1 Origin of 3D Models
Some items for sale are made from 3D models designed by manufacturers, designers, or independent creators.
All intellectual property rights on the 3D models are and remain with the original creators.
3.2 Role of Work Shop Lab Miniatures
The Company acts exclusively as:
a reseller of products made using 3D models provided by third parties;
an on-demand 3D printing service provider.
It does not perform the design, legal verification, or certification of the models provided by the creators.
3.3 Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that:
all rights to the 3D content belong to their respective owners;
the Company does not transfer any rights of use or license to the digital model;
any disputes regarding copyright or licensing must be addressed to the creators or their respective manufacturers.
3.4 Licensing Complaints
The Company is not responsible for:
any infringement committed by third-party creators;
improper use of the models by you;
disputes regarding intellectual property rights.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1 Orders are binding only after confirmation by the Company.
4.2 Payments must be made using the methods indicated on the website.
4.3 In the event of payment problems, the Company may suspend or cancel the order.
5. Prices and Availability
5.1 Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
5.2 Product availability may change without notice.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time.
6. Shipping and Deliveries
6.1 Delivery times are approximate and not binding.
6.2 Any delays do not constitute grounds for liability on the part of the Company.
6.3 Transportation risks and responsibilities pass to the Customer upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 The following are non-refundable:
customized products;
items printed on request using templates sent by the Customer;
Modified or customized templates.
8. Warranties
8.1 The Company guarantees the conformity of the goods in accordance with applicable regulations.
8.2 Defects due to:
wear and tear,
improper use,
modifications,
exposure to heat or harmful substances
are not covered by the warranty.
9. Limitation of Liability
Work Shop Lab Miniatures shall not be held liable for:
delivery delays;
indirect or consequential damages;
disputes relating to the intellectual property of the 3D models;
improper use of the purchased products.
10. Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)

The data controller is Work Shop Lab Miniatures.

10.2 Purposes
Personal data is processed for:
order fulfillment;
after-sales assistance;

management of 3D files sent by the Customer;

10.4 Data Retention
Data is retained only for the time necessary for the purposes indicated.
3D files sent by the Customer are deleted after printing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The user may exercise the rights of:

erasure,
restriction,
portability,
objection
by contacting the Data Controller.
11. Use of the Site
11.1 You are prohibited from using the Site in a fraudulent, offensive, or unlawful manner.
11.2 You are prohibited from attempting to access the Company's computer systems without authorization.
12. Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for events beyond its control, including:
technical failures,
natural disasters,
interruptions of third-party services,
unforeseeable events.
13. Changes to the Terms
The Company may modify the Terms at any time.
Changes are effective upon posting.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the competent court is the court of the consumer's place of residence (if applicable), or alternatively that of the Company's owner.
15. Acceptance of the Terms
By using the Site or purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service in their entirety.
